Egypt : Suez Canal fleet includes 2 biggest dredgers in Middle East

CAIRO - 28 March 2022: The Cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) published Monday an infograph on the Suez Canal's naval fleet, showing that it includes two dredgers that are considered the biggest in the Middle East region.
The two dredgers, "Mohab Mamish and Hussein Tantawi" are used to maintain the depth of the waterway and in implementing projects, the IDSC explained in the infographic.
"This fleet helps in the crossing of ships, upgrading the canal and implementing new projects," the IDSC read.
