El Houari Abdellatif had held several positions of responsibility within the Ministry of Commerce, including that of Monitoring and Export Promotion Officer.

According to the same source, Tayeb Zitouni also carried out a vast movement in the body of commerce directors in several wilayas.

This large movement affected 40 commerce directors, but also directors of companies and establishments under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce.

Algex's mission is to contribute, under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce, to the development of Algerian exports other than hydrocarbons.

It is at the heart of the Algerian foreign trade support system and is responsible for developing, for the benefit of the ministry, periodic reports on foreign trade, studies of the impact of trade agreements on the Algerian economy, economic reports. on basic products imported by Algeria, as well as market analyses, product analyzes and sectoral overviews.
