(TAP) - The Cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Najla Bouden on Saturday in Kasbah looked at and approved a series of economic, social and cultural draft presidential decrees.

They are:

- A draft decree on the extension of the duration of deductibility of fines for delay relating to the national register of companies.

- A draft decree on the adoption of the loan agreement signed on September 18, 2022, between the Government of the Republic of Tunisia and the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (FADES) on co-funding the Integrated Agricultural Development Project in the South of Kasserine.

- A draft decree on the adoption of the specific agreement and its annexes concerning the hydrocarbon exploration permit "Boughrara".

- A draft decree on the adoption of the protocol on integrated coastal zone management in the Mediterranean, adopted in Madrid on January 21, 2008.

- A draft decree on the adoption and accession of the Tunisian Republic to the International Convention on the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and broadcasting organizations, made in Rome on October 26, 1961

- A draft decree on the adoption of the accession of the Tunisian Republic to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Copyright Treaty, adopted in Geneva on December 20, 1996.

-A draft decree relating to the adoption of the adhesion of the Tunisian Republic to the treaty of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on the performances and the phonograms in Geneva on December 20, 1996.

- Draft decree fixing the schedule and amounts of the general increase of salaries for the employees of the state, local communities and administrative public enterprises, for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025.

- Draft decree fixing the schedule and amounts of the general increase of the salaries for magistrates of the judicial order, magistrates of the administrative Court and magistrates of the Court of Auditors for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025.

- Draft decree, fixing the schedule and the amounts of the general increase of salaries for the military, the internal security forces, executives and staff of the penitentiary and rehabilitation services and personnel of the customs services for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025.

- Draft decree fixing the territorial limits of the municipality of Jebeniana in the governorate of Sfax.

- Draft decree adopting the Code of Conduct of the Internal Security Forces under the Ministry of the Interior.

- Draft decree amending and supplementing Government Decree No. 2019-630 of July 24, 2019, establishing the Diplomatic Academy and setting its powers and its administrative and financial organisation.

- Draft decree setting the administrative and financial organisation and the modalities of operation of the National Agency for the Safety of Industrial Products and Market Control.

- Draft decree revising the boundaries of the public irrigated area of "Chott Mariem" in the delegation of Akouda, governorate of Sousse.

- Draft decree establishing a unit of management by objectives to monitor the implementation of the European framework programme for research and innovation "Horizon Europe" and setting its organization and the modalities of its operation.

- Draft decree on the extension of the mandate of the Unit of management by objectives for the realization of the higher education reform project for a better employability of higher education graduates.

- Draft decree on the creation of a unit of management by objectives at the Ministry of Social Affairs for the implementation of the programme of directing subsidy to its beneficiaries.
