Egypt : New requirements for factories exporting products to Egypt - minister

CAIRO - 31 March 2022: Trade and Industry Minister Nevin Gamea has okayed amendments to ministerial decree no. 43 of 2016 concerning modifying a number of rules governing the registration of the factories eligible to export their products to Egypt.
The amended decree will enter into force, a day after the date of its publication in the official gazette.
In a statement Thursday, the Trade and Industry Ministry said that the decision comes as part of the State's efforts to facilitate trade and ensure quick and easy process of imports and exports.
