Tunisian Post ranked world's 46th postal operator, 1st in Africa (2IPD)

The Tunisian Post was ranked 46th globally, out of 170 countries, with 51.93 points, according to the 2020 Integrated Index for Postal Development (2IPD) published by the Universal Postal Union (UPU).
The Tunisian post moved up one spot compared to 2019.
It ranked first in Africa and the Arab world, for the third consecutive time.
According to the index, the Swiss Post is the best in the world with a score of 100 out of 100, followed by the Australian (95.35/100) and German (94.22 /100) Posts.
The 2IPD provides an overview of postal development worldwide.
It is calculated on the basis of the UPU's mass postal data, official statistics and questionnaires.
Analysis of the data provides a benchmark performance score (from 0 to 100) for the four dimensions of postal development: reliability, accessibility, relevance and resilience.
